Communication:  We attempt to check all e-mail and other communications multiple times a day; however, we both work full-time jobs outside of our home and it is not always reasonable to expect that we can check communications on days that we work outside of the home.  We apologize for delays in communication as they come up. 

Shipping:  All orders are made to order.  Most orders are put together on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  We are then able to ship most Mondays.  Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be put together and shipped.  Most orders will then take 5-10 business days to arrive.  We try our hardest to make your wait time as little as possible, but this is sometimes out of our hands.  International orders will take much longer to ship!

Return Policy:  If you are not completely satisfied with your order once you receive it, please ship the item back to:

Refund Policy:If you must return a product for any reason, we will refund the total amount for the order minus the original shipping.  You will be responsible for return shipping.  If the reason for your return is due to an error on our part then we will cover return shipping.  Your refund will process after return receipt of the item. 

The refund will be returned to you in the form of payment that you issued.  For example:  if you use paypal then a refund will be given through paypal or if you use a check/money order than a refund will be given through check/money order.

If you cancel an order before it is shipped then we will refund the total payment including shipping.
